benefecial

Kills Bacteria
Copper antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects are well-known. Recent research has found that storing water in a copper vessel reduces the chance of bacterial contamination in water, reducing serious illnesses in humans.

Decreases Your Risk of Cancer
Copper contains antioxidants that help to fight free radicals. According to studies, huge levels of free radicals damage the body cells, which can lead to cancer. Antioxidants aid in the neutralisation of free radicals, stopping them from wreaking havoc.

Slows Down Ageing
Copper supplementation has also been shown in studies to help reduce the appearance of fine wrinkles and halt the ageing process. Copper promotes the growth of new skin cells and fights free radicals, which contribute to the ageing process.

Keeps Skin Healthy
Copper is a critical component in the development of new cells, which helps to renew the top layers of your skin and keep it fresh and radiant, according to studies. Smooth, blemish-free, and clear skin is promoted by the development of new cells. Furthermore, keeping yourself hydrated throughout the day can have a big impact on the health of your skin.

Better Digestion
Copper aids in the cleansing and detoxification of the stomach. It also controls the function of the liver and kidneys. It also improves vitamin absorption from diet.

Beats Anemia
Copper is a mineral that the human body needs. It helps enhance the levels of haeme (iron) in the body and regulates its flow in the blood vessels during the entire process of absorbing and utilising iron.

Aids in Weight Loss
Current research suggests that copper plays an important function in fat metabolisation, which means it aids your body in breaking down and eliminating fat as efficiently as possible. Having a well-balanced diet that includes enough copper can be a natural method to help maintain a healthy weight when combined with a healthy lifestyle.

Stimulates the Brain
Copper is crucial for the health of the human brain, according to studies. The synapses in the brain are responsible for passing impulses from one neuron to the next. The myelin sheath, which acts as a conductive agent, protects these neurons. Copper assists in the production of components required for the creation of myelin sheaths.

Supports the Thyroid Gland
Copper is required for proper thyroid function, according to studies, and those who have thyroid disorders tend to have low copper levels. Copper is one of the most critical minerals for the thyroid gland and the rest of your body to function properly. It also helps the body absorb iron, which is necessary for maintaining appropriate iron levels and preventing anaemia.

Helps Heal Wounds Faster
Copper has a lot of antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory characteristics, which is why it is such a good tool for swiftly healing wounds. It also aids in the development of new cells and strengthens the immune system. Copper is used by enzymes to make new cells in the body, especially new skin cells, which is important for tissue healing. Copper helps wounds heal faster since it has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory qualities.

Looking After Your Bottle
Your copper bottle’s colour will naturally change over time as it reacts with the air. This oxidation process, known as “patina,” produces a darker hue or, occasionally, a slightly green tinge. In addition, patina may cause small black spots or lines to appear on the surface of the bottle. These are all completely natural and easily removed with the lemon and salt deep cleaning method.
Cleaning your bottle
To clean the inside...
- Squeeze half a lemon’s juice into the bottle. If you don’t have any lemons, use two teaspoons of vinegar instead.
- 150ml of water and 1 teaspoon of salt should be added to the bottle. Close the lid tightly and share thoroughly for 30 seconds.
- Drain the mixture and then thoroughly wash the bottle with clean water several times.
To clean the outside...
- Slice a lemon or lime in half.
- Utilise the fruit as a natural sponge, and massage the bottle’s exterior in circular motions after dipping the exposed fruit flesh in salt
